Forward Collision Warning System(FCWS)
A FCWS is an advanced safety technology designed to prevent rear-end collisions. It uses sensors, cameras, or radar to monitor the distance and speed of vehicles or objects ahead. If the system detects a potential collision due to the vehicle getting too close or approaching too quickly, it issues alerts to the driver—usually through visual, audible, or haptic warnings. This gives the driver time to react by braking or steering to avoid a crash. FCWS systems are commonly found in modern cars and commercial vehicles, enhancing safety by reducing collision risks.
