Traffic Sign Recognition(TSR)

A TSR is a driver-assistance technology that identifies and displays road signs to help drivers stay informed and follow traffic rules. Using cameras and image-processing algorithms, TSR detects common traffic signs, such as speed limits, stop signs, and warning signs, and displays them on the vehicle’s dashboard or heads-up display. This real-time information helps drivers stay aware of speed limits and other road conditions, enhancing safety and compliance, especially in areas with frequently changing road signs or complex traffic patterns. TSR is commonly found in modern cars as part of advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS).
